How It Works For Rentals

1. Our process starts with a meeting; we listen very carefully what are your needs are. We take detailed notes about your requirements. At the end of our session, we provide you with our company info which includes the following. Company registration, EIN, Liability Insurance, Work Compensation est.
2. Our prices are extremely competitive in most cases we charge half the price of what our competition charges.
3. Our professional estimator will give you a written estimate for all type of units at NO cost. The estimated price will be FLAT RATE per unit. The FLAT RATE price will include 1 hour of preparation ( caulking, a block of tough stains, fill small holes, mud, sanding, priming) of the unit to ready for painting. This means NO SURPRISE on the invoice. We will give you an hourly rate for additional job preparation like drywall change, trash out the apartment. All these other jobs must be pre-authorized by the management or supervisor of the maintenance team. Our estimated price does not include the paint and materials. We will provide all the labor and all the necessary tools for the job. Our prices estimates are complete estimates, unlike our competitors that additional charge nickel and dime types of fees.
4. Astra Painters will organize the painting of 1 unit ( no matter what kind one bedroom or townhouse ) to take no more than one day.
5. When you decide to hire us, we will assign a dedicated painter for your property; they will be fluent in English, ready to solve any problems that may come up and attend to your needs or any possible changes in the course of the job. Your property will be their priority. In the beginning, the painter will be with supervisor to be sure we meet all your expectations. The advantages of having the same painter are:​

• The painter will be familiar with the property so he/her will and they will be able to solve problems faster.
• It will be easier for property management and maintenance to keep on the schedule.
• Tenants will be familiar with the painter, and when he/her is in their apartments for repairs they will feel more comfortable with a person they are familiar with.
• The painter will be available for last minute needs.

There may be times where you will need more then one painter. This is no problem, for more extensive types of assignments we can send additional painters. The leading painter would be in charge of providing the other painter's instructions on completing their tasks.

Our painters are very courteous of there, and they always clean up after them selfs. This is very important to us that we keep our workspaces clean for our clients.

The painter will check with you to ensure you are pleased with the results, and he will not leave a job until you are delighted with every aspect of his work.
